IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Dear DLT Climate Participants,
We are reaching out to emphasise the importance of meeting all requirements to be eligible for judging and prizes. You can view the previously shared document here.
As a reminder, the following is necessary, with the social media outreach being the only optional aspect.
-
Project Documentation: Include a comprehensive text description detailing the project's features and functionality.
-
-
This should cover:
-
Policy Description
-
Workflow Description
-
Comparative Analysis (encouraged, but optional)
-
-
Demonstration Video:
-
Duration: Max three (3) minutes.
-
Content: Demonstrates functionality on the methodology, and explains the climate action relevance.
-
Hosting: Publicly available on YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook Video, or Youku with a link provided in the submission.
-
Restrictions: Avoidance of third-party trademarks and copyrighted material unless permission is granted.
-
-
Methodology Library Integration: A pull request including full documentation must be submitted to the methodology library for Hedera Guardian upon project completion.
-
Social Media Outreach (Optional): Inclusion of a social media post URL featuring the project demonstration video is encouraged.
So for example, if someone has submitted a project which includes project documentation, a pull request to the methodology library for Hedera Guardian, but is missing a demonstration video they would not be eligible for judging.
We will extend the late submissions a further 24 hrs to allow people to double-check their submissions and policy files against the rules (detailed version available on Devpot's Rules tab). This time extension also applies to repos if needed.

We know how hard people and teams have worked so please ensure you are not missing anything.
All the best,
DLT Earth Team
